This is a piece of wearable art, Jizo painted on a bamboo tile. On the other side there is Wheel of Dharma. I have used acrylic paint and charcoal, and a protective layer of lacquer.
The bamboo bead is strung and tied to hemp cord which is braided into a long necklace. Below the painted bamboo tile the cords ends in a tassel adorned with vintage japanese ceramic beads, vintage wooden beads, indonesian glass beads and a dark blue firepolished Czech glass bead.
The necklace closes with a large Tibetan hook.
The bamboo tile measures approximately 2 x 4 cm.
Length of necklace: 62,5 cm.
